FAQS

QWhat is Ball screws BST Type Precision Bearing?

ABall screws BST Type Precision Bearing consist of a screw spindle and a nut integrated with rolling elements that cycle through a return mechanism. Ball screws BST Type Precision Bearings convert rotary motion into linear motion, and are most commonly used in industrial machinery and precision machines. The ball screws BST Type Precision Bearings is a high-efficiency feed screw with the ball making a rolling motion between the screw axis and the nut. Compared with a conventional sliding screw, this product has drive torque of one-third or less, making it most suitable for saving drive motor power.

QWhat is D/DF/DT Precision Bearings?

AD/DF/DT Precision Bearings are designed to meet demanding needs of special applications including high accuracy, high rotational speed and high rigidity. Optimal materials and internal design, give super precision bearings the highest level of accuracy. We offers several types of super precision bearing, including the ROBUST series.

QWhat is Angular contact ball thrust bearings 2A-BST series?

AAngular contact ball thrust bearings 2A-BST series are designed to accommodate both radial and thrust loads with their large thrust carrying capacity being the primary design feature. These bearings are inch series and typically have an angle of contact around 50 degrees. They consist of hardened and ground angular contact plates with dowel pin holes for mounting and a brass cage with precision balls. The single ball path AB series can handle thrust load in one direction only. Largely used at the bottom of vertical shaft applications, this design accommodates large thrust loads while providing center alignment for the shaft. Specific applications are indexing tables and oilfield rotary tables.

QWhat is Double Row Angular Contact ball bearings?

ADouble Row Angular Contact ball bearings have two rows ofballs arranged back-to-back. The lines of action of the load at the contact between balls and raceways (load lines) diverge at the bearing axis and form an angle of 30° to the radial plane. In essence, they work similarly to having a matched pair of Single Row Angular Contact ball bearings either face-to-face or back-to-back. The difference is that Double Row Angular Contact ball bearings can take a bi-directional axial load in one bearing where it takes a matched pair otherwise. This means the bearings are particularly suitable for accommodating simultaneously acting radial load and axial load in both directions. They are also available with seals or shields.

QWhat is Four-point contact ball bearings?

AFour-point contact ball bearings are radial single row angular contact ball bearings with raceways that are designed to support axial loads in both directions. For a given axial load, a limited radial load can also be supported. The bearings are separable, i.e. the outer ring with ball and cage assembly can be mounted separately from the two inner ring halves.
